Historic Effingham Society offers an annual $500.00 scholarship (named in memory of Henry Wilkins) available to one senior each year in Effingham County who is planning college study in the field of history or journalism. The scholarship applications are available in the counselor's offices at the high schools. This was awarded from 2005 - 2009.
