“OLDE EFFINGHAM CHRISTMAS”

 Historic Effingham Society will host and partner with Effingham Christmas committee to present an old fashion Christmas.  Chairman Butch Kieffer said, “This year, we will simplify things and go old timey and everyone can come dressed in old fashioned Christmas attire just like our forefathers if they would like.”  The celebration will be centered around the front porch of the Gnann Summer House.  Some of the events will be Candlelight Service, Christmas Caroling led by Effingham Chorus, and Lighting of the Christmas tree.

Our Society will be selling refreshments as our fund raiser for December.  We need donations of cookies, brownies and etc.

We also need volunteers to help host this event.
